Eligible for Rehire?
Reduction in Force (RIF)
Used by the Transition Services Team for Reduction In Force.
Gross misconduct relates to the actions or behavior of the associate that merits instant dismissal. The associate will NOT be rehireable. Documentation is required for this reason code.
Use when a policy/procedure is violated. This requires a secondary termination reason to identify the policy/procedure that was violated.
Unsatisfactory Job Performance
Use when the associate is performing at an unsatisfactory level.
Use when an associate is at the end of their contract.
Use when a specific position has been eliminated.
Use when the associate violates the attendance policy.
Compliance (re-hirable violations only)
Use when the associate violates a compliance policy/procedure.
Ethics (re-hirable violations only)
Use when the associates violates an ethics policy/procedure.
Use if the specific policy or procedure the associate violated is not listed. Put the related policy/procedure in the comments section of the termination.
End of Temporary Assignment
Use if the associate was a temporary associate and the assignment has ended. Ex. Holiday or Covid temporary assignments.
Use in the event of an associate death.
Use when the associate is dissatisfied with their position and is choosing to leave the company.
Use when the associate is retiring.
Use when the associate is voluntarily choosing to leave the company for reasons unrelated to job dissatisfaction.
