Gross Misconduct | Gross misconduct relates to the actions or behavior of the associate that merits instant dismissal. The associate will NOT be rehireable. Documentation is required for this reason code. | 1452 | No |
Policy Violation | Use when a policy/procedure is violated. This requires a secondary termination reason to identify the policy/procedure that was violated. | 1177 | Yes |
Unsatisfactory Job Performance | Use when the associate is performing at an unsatisfactory level. | 1217 | Yes |
Contract End | Use when an associate is at the end of their contract. | 0775 | Yes |
